Training

Taking the first steps in any new undertaking can be quite daunting.

Having even a brief introduction to a new subject 'breaks the ice' and allows confidence and knowledge to grow.

What we do

We offer training in all aspects of computer use:

  • ab initio
    to expert
  • all common software packages taught
  • one-to-one, or group sessions

We believe in a relaxed, gentle introduction over several short sessions to get you started.

You will find your confidence will grow quickly and within a few sessions you will have lost the fear that most novice computer users start with and you will probably find the course is also a lot of fun!

We believe that there's no such thing as a stupid question, so you can ask what you like. Telephone us for help any time you need it following your training for up to three months.

We have a 100% success rate with beginners and all our trainees can manage the basics like sending e-mail and browsing the internet on completing their beginners course.

We provide computer training not just beginners but also intermediate and advanced users. We will help you become proficient in a wide range of computer software packages including software that runs on Apple computers.

If you have any questions following your course, we provide telephone and eMail support.

If you haven't bought a computer yet, we can supply a laptop for you to use during the training.

Amongst the many subjects we cover:

  • introduction to the computer for absolute beginners
  • Microsoft Office - including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher.
  • eMail using:
    • Outlook
    • Outlook Express
